I had plans to train for a half marathon in Austin...well that all changed. So between fertility drugs for two years, pregnancy and postpartum complications my body went to crap. My personal experience...

If you asked me why I decided to do this program, I will tell you over and over again it’s for control. Control over my body, my insecurities, my nutrition, and my life. When I signed up for the program I was unable to run due to injury. I wanted a way to maintain fitness and what I got in return is exponentially higher than I could have imagined. No, I don’t do cardio 6xs per week (only 2), I still eat the same amount of calories (in fact more now), and I rest 2 days per week. I’m in the best shape of my life and I’m back in CONTROL. Running is a passion of mine but I relied on it heavily to maintain my fitness. I thought that if I didn’t get my run in I would gain unwanted weight. Today, my passion for running is STILL there BUT I don’t feel like I need to get back to it right away! I’m letting my body heal and in the process I’m learning so much more about myself. These pictures were taken 10 weeks apart after incorporating the FASTer Way to Fat Loss® lifestyle. I know that it works and I cannot wait to share it with anyone that is struggling for control.
