Meet Carrie

Carrie is a devoted wife and mom to 2 children.  She has a degree in journalism and marketing from the University of Kansas.  She is also a certified Personal trainer.  She found her passion for fitness and nutrition in her 20s.  She is an avid runner, triathlete and Ironman, always looking for new challenges.  Her goal is to educate and empower women (especially busy moms like herself) to make sustainable lifestyle changes in order to be a happier, healthier version of themselves.  She wants to give women the tools they need to successfully create a healthy lifestyle for themselves and their families.

This has been the easiest thing for me to follow. I've literally done everything in the past (whole 30, calorie restriction, etc) but none have given me the results that FWTFL has. I went into the FWTFL Program with an open mind and a 100% commitment. At the end of the day it was 6 weeks and if it didn’t work or I hated it I could stop. Well, here we are at the start of week 7 and I’m still living the FWTFL lifestyle! I love it! I lost 10lbs and 10inches total and this is just the beginning. I am only two weeks in. But I love this program! I have always felt I needed to eat little and go big on cardio to stay at my weight. This program has proven that combining small workouts with macro counting allows me to eat! Actually EAT! And I’m not killing my self with workouts.
